Stabilization of liquid level in a tank system based on fuzzy logic controller

<p>Process industry needed a fast executed automatic control system capable of handling uncertain, vague problems and nonlinear variables. Liquid level is one the emerging getting interest technical experts in area control. This paper based on fuzzy logic strategy to maintain stabilize liquid tank that deals with pumping tanks as well regulating pushing off into another tank. Fuzzy controller attains optimum performance by eliminating perturbation steady state vanishing overshoot compared proportional, integral, derivative (PID) controller. The proposed shows minimal error PID defuzzification scheme centroid method obtain results. settling time nearly 50 second while using 80 seconds strategy. observed minimal, less than 1% scheme.</p>
